With thirty-one years of experience in the staffing industry, his expertise ranges from being hands on in the recruitment and placement of direct hire (retained and contingency), contract, and contract-to-hire personnel as well as client development, agency ownership, and industry trainer. John's client relationships include businesses throughout the Northeast United States and across the country. He is well respected throughout the personnel consulting community for his industry knowledge and experience. In addition to forming Alleanza Partners in May of 2012, John is the CEO and a partner in Key Alliance Staffing and Solutions. A staffing firm specializing in the recruitment and placement of IT, Engineering, and Accounting/Finance professionals. Prior to Key Alliance, John founded KeyTech LLC, a blended staffing firm in Hartford. He held the position of CEO and Managing Partner prior to its sale. KeyTech was developed as a result of the expansion and growth of RJS Contract Staffing of which John was Principal/Owner for over 6 years.
